A production e-commerce storefront and admin for an ethnic-wear brand — built and shipped end to end.
What we set out to solve
The brand needed a real storefront, not a template — fast product browsing, a checkout that converts, and an admin the owners could actually run themselves without a developer in the loop for every change.
What I built

Storefront & checkout
A Next.js storefront with a Radix-based design system, product catalogue, cart, and a Stripe checkout, with media served through Cloudinary and motion via Framer Motion.

Self-serve admin & CMS
An admin area backed by MongoDB/Mongoose with a TipTap rich-text editor and UploadThing media handling, so the team manages products, content, and orders on their own.

Auth & accounts
Customer and admin auth via better-auth + JWT, with the whole thing deployed and instrumented with Vercel Analytics.
