What we set out to solve
Practice interviews are slow, inconsistent, and hard to score objectively — candidates rarely get structured, actionable feedback, and teams spend hours reviewing each one. The goal was an AI interviewer that runs the session, scores it fairly, and turns the result into something both sides can act on.

Built a Next.js + ShadCN UI platform that runs AI-powered interviews with automated candidate scoring and feedback generation via Gemini.

Analytics dashboard
Designed an analytics dashboard on Drizzle ORM + PostgreSQL with interactive visualizations of hiring metrics and candidate comparisons, plus JSPDF report generation for shareable summaries.

Auth & billing
Wired authentication with Clerk and credit-based access through Stripe payment processing.
